The breakfast was very good a bit long standing on the cooked on the Saturday.
Sunday much better
Individual served on the monday.
Lovely fresh and hot.
I didnt like the smell in our room they sorted it on arrival i had to tell them again on the sunday no change. Still foul smell coming up from sink.
I didn't like no toilet brush in the bathroom.
I like to leave a clean toilet behind me.

Great room, great breakfast.
A little disorganised; received a text before arrival thanking us for checking in. Caused confusion on arrival.
Breakfast- had to ask a few people who/how to pay.

The pool and spa are really good - the bar is great but the dining room is perfectly traditional and impressive - rooms and bathrooms really spacious
The dining room menu options was a bit pub like and did not fit the wonderful dining room decor - got an upset stomach from the chicken burger...

Grounds are great.
Staff communication was an issue. Reservation for dinner made with front desk never passed to restaurant. Breakfast staff were fabulous but dinner waiters knew nothing about the food they were serving. Room was adequate for an overpriced small suite which was noisy due to poor plumbing and where light bulbs did not work. It was unusual to find staff letting themselves into our room while we were in bed!
