A great location, plenty of buses heading into town.
The room was a bit tired. The flush of the toilet was a bit wobbly.

Great location. Comfortable bed.
Starbucks on site. Pool.
We paid extra for a "premium" room, unfortunately nothing premium about it- tiny bathroom with very old shower and tiles, dated furniture, old carpet. Requested a high floor room when bookimg weeks ago, upon check in noticed we have been placed on 2nd floor, when brought this to attention of staff they advised thats the highest they had and that the hotel is already at a hight. As expected our view overlooked the bottom roof of the building, so not a high floor at all. Room 227.

The room was very comfortable, housekeeping was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The parking is ridiculous and caused us a lot of stress. Not enough information given up front. Breakfast I didn't enjoy at all, evening meal was nice, expensive but far too big for a small appetite like mine, the small bites doing appeal to me.

The location was great (right next to the zoo, not too far away from the airport).
Staff was very kind and helpful.
I didn't have breakfast because I thought it wasn't worth it.
The hotel is fairly old and definitely needs to be spruced up.
Although my room was generally fairly quiet (because it was at the very end of the corridor and facing the carpark of the zoo), you could hear everything from next door even when someone was having a pee.
