8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Given wrong room key, had to go back down to reception from 3rd floor to get another key card. Room and facilities in room lovely, but wall marked up everywhere, and would really benefit from a touch up paint job

5 / 10·Oct 2026

Rooms were a good size. Easy parking.

Struggled with managing functions and individual stays. Took room service phone off hook and closed restaurant when other events on. Spa and sauna were both cold. Staff were friendly and tried hard but seemed very inexperienced or poorly trained. Very Fawlty Towers experience trying to get a drink at the bar on our first night. Everything a bit tired.
