Excellent location in the New Forest Breakfast . Spacious and comfortable rooms.
Hotel was let down by the evening restaurant where the food was mediocre to very poor and the service was seriously under staffed. The quality of the evening meal in the dining room together very long waits between courses.

A very good hotel very near to Brockenhurst in the New Forest. Our room was excellent, overlooking the garden. Extremely comfortable bed and plenty of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant served excellent dinners. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The fruit juices at breakfast were poor quality.

Location brilliant .
No dedicated lounge so in the evenings when we were having a quiet drink /chat staff were putting out breakfast settings.
Our bedroom was not cleaned due to lack of staff.
Evening meal on our first night was superb but 2 arrived then several minutes after another 2 and eventually the final 2. Very disappointed.
