Room was very small and bathroom was cramped to much so for a tall person

very clean and very warm
I didn’t know how to put the heating on in my room but that might’ve been just cause I didn’t know not that there wasn’t any option and just the times to go in the pool for the baby is at 10 and quite difficult to get ready and hold the baby at the same time

We just loved the staff in the lobby, restaurant, bar and leisure center. Good selection of cuisine and drinks. Great breakfast. Spacious and comfortable the lobby was a lovely hub, good coffee dock. Had everything we needed.
Internet wifi was not working properly, Reception was a chore not an experience.

I liked the lime bar as it was adult only. That was it really.
Room was quiet view was nice. But other rooms could see in.
Breakfast was very poor. Fake juices, flavourless sausages. Eggs saved it.
Pool was small, and cold. Could not get a seat in sauna.
Room was cold, huge draught from windows.
Cocktails weren’t nice in bar.
No water on landing.
No toiletries just a shower cap x 1
