It was in a great location. Property was modern and creatively decorated and yet still comfortable in the dining spaces. Loved the sculpture!
The corridors were long and like any hotel could’ve been anywhere in the world. I’d recommend making each floor reflect certain areas of Dublin so you know which is your floor

Great location. Nice sized rooms. Comfy beds. Nice bathrooms. Front desk staff were really helpful.
At times it was … really loud …. I don’t know if it was housekeeping or if maybe other guests but we could hear a lot of noise from corridors or the upstairs room.
Also as we were checking out there was a random woman passed out in the lobby…

Location was very helpful as our visit purpose was to attend a city centre event.
Bedroom lighting, mirrors and set-up could be improved by simply placing a mirror at the dressing table and allowing easier access to the window for opening curtains.
Car parking solution is suitable for a city centre hotel, but suggest there are more than 1 option given as this was full / booked out and I had to search alternatives. Parked at the Jervis Shopping Centre and the rate turned out to be much better than what was offered by the hotel.
The signage within the hotel should indicate that there is a bar in the Grill restaurant as the lounging areas are limited around the reception area.
Lighting in the downstairs WCs needs to be increased in the cubicles.
Breakfast menu options were great - suggest to expand the non-cooked food items such as prepared fruits, meats and cheeses.
