Myself and my 2 friends enjoyed the most wonderful break in this hotel. We made excellent use of the facilities - pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and had a delicious dinner in the evening. Breakfast the following morning provided great choice and was enjoyed by all. We had a relaxing walk around the grounds and met all the farm animals. The Hallowe’en displays all around were perfect for the children staying in the hotel. It is an ideal hotel for couples, families and friends. The playground outside looked fabulous. I’ll come again!

Friendly staff, plenty of parking and nice breakfast. Room was as described, nice and big.
Entrance road was a bit dark, especially for driving in during the night.

I didn’t like much about the property to be honest. The staff were nice and the bed linens were clean.
The spa was disgusting, the pool had dirt floating in it, the steam room smelled very strongly like dog, the change rooms were incredibly dirty and smelled awful.
The room was 3/10 for cleanliness. The towel I used getting out of the shower smelled like feet, I had to request more towels, they were slightly better. The bathroom was disgusting, there was hair all over the floor that didn’t belong to us and the shower was full of mildew. The ceiling above the shower had a long crack in it. The headboard of the bed had stains on it, as did the cloth around the bed frame. Fabric headboards should not be used in hotels, they’re always stained! The room smelled like feet. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the sheets were scratchy. The place was tired, including the reception and other shared areas. These areas were also dirty.
The staff were sweet. The bed linens were clean. But for the price? Not worth it.
