Breakfast as lovely, dinner at night was superb and the food and waiting staff were fabuloous. Size of room was good, general room cleanliness good, it was quiet and the staff were friendly.
Uncomfortable pillows, lumpy duvet, bathroom was very tired and needed a VERY deep clearn and seals replacing. The vent above the shower was filthy. TV had poor reception and little choice. Other than the F&B offering, the hotel was a little shabby and very oddly decorated. Receptionist was watching cat videos loudly on her computer which was not very professional as we were meeting a business colleague in the reception.
