Dinner at the Indian restaurant was very good, breakfast also good
I had booked an express facial at 4.30pm which I cancelled by going to the spa reception early on the Saturday morning. I was promised a confirmation email of this but have yet to receive anything. I paid for this in advance and was assured that the appointment would be held open for me to rebook sometime in the next 6 months Disappointing service .

Fantastic location. Perfect for Brands Hatch. Bedroom was warm and comfortable.
Was like hide and seek with the staff. Where were they all? Breakfast was very underwhelming and disappointing. Leisure facilities nice but the pool was too cold. For the service we got, felt it was over priced. Charged 5 star fees but more like a 3 star offering.
