Miller & Carter Maidstone by Innkeeper's Collection

i didn't see anybody to attend to me while checking out at 6:40am as i have a train to catch that early, checked out early. Looked around, called the night porter phone and no response, left the key on the door, i almost missed my train as i didn't just want to leave without handing over the key to someone.

Friendly staff, very large bedroom and excellent breakfast , good value for money . Very convenient location.

Bathroom has no shelf space to put toiletries.

Staff and food were great. Bed was comfortable.

Shower cabin was without a door so the floor and mat ended up wet.

The bed was comfy and room clean. Shower was nice.

Entered the property and was totally ignored by staff, people busy but no eye contact. Checked in, asked the gentleman if he could put some tap water in my room, when i came back after being out, he clearly didnt remember. The bedside tables were all sticky and the noise outside all night kept me awake in spades. I was too tired to go for breakfast, I wont be returning Would prefer a proper lock on the door
