From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed: we received a complimentary lunch on the first day along with a free room upgrade, plus a voucher for another free lunch and two cocktails. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and gave us some great tips on places to visit. The food is buffet style but surprisingly varied and delicious, with a different cuisine featured each day. The dessert section was a hit with everyone. The pools look very clean. It was quite cold when we visited (mid October), but the kids didn’t seem to mind at all. The hotel has a private beach that’s easy to reach via a bridge, with plenty of water sports on offer (we rented jet skis). There’s ample covered parking, live entertainment in the evenings, and daily organized activities (we didn’t attend, so I can’t comment on them). As a bonus, there’s a padel court alongside the tennis court.

Entertainment for younger children (under 6) is a bit limited. Aside from the pool and the beach, there’s no dedicated play area apart from a small outdoor one with a few basics, such as a small swing and a table tennis table. The indoor pool is also only open to kids for one hour a day. It’s not a major drawback, but worth knowing if you’re traveling with little ones.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, excellent food and friendly and helpful staff. The daily treat delivered to our room was a bonus as was the farewell gift.

The kindness and hospitality of everyone at the hotel was the best of our stay. Everyone was very welcoming and super friendly and helpful. Our daughter was fascinated with all the ladies at reception and customer relations, as they were very nice with her and made her feel very special. We want to specially thank Pinelope, Matina and Armela for making us feel at home.

Small gifts and staff smiles were really okay.

We are writing to share our feedback regarding our recent 3-night stay at your hotel, as we believe in providing honest and balanced reviews to help highlight both the wonderful aspects of the property and areas that require attention. ​There were certainly positive elements during our stay. We genuinely appreciated the warmth of the staff and their welcoming smiles, as well as the lovely gifts we received, which added a very thoughtful and pleasant touch to our time here. ​However, we were quite disappointed to find that our room standard fell significantly short of what is expected—and advertised—for a 5-star hotel. When we arrived, staff mentioned that we had actually been upgraded to a "better" room; if that is the case, it is difficult to imagine the condition of the standard category. ​Specifically, we encountered the following issues: ​Room Condition: The accommodation was heavily dated, worn, and in urgent need of comprehensive refurbishment, bearing little resemblance to standard 5-star luxury. ​Sound Insulation: The acoustic insulation was extremely poor. We were able to hear our neighbours' normal, quiet conversations word for word, which severely impacted our privacy and rest. ​Coffee Amenities: The coffee capsules were not replenished during our stay, and we were charged €2 per capsule. In a 5-star establishment, complimentary coffee amenities should at the very least be refreshed daily. ​Overall Value: Due to these factors, the experience did not match the price-to-quality ratio expected from a 5-star establishment, making our three nights feel exceptionally long rather than relaxing. ​we hope this constructive feedback is taken in the spirit it is intended, and that management takes steps to update and improve these rooms and services for future guests.
