I stayed here on two different occasions over 3 days. I was extremely surprised with the beautiful courtyard which surrounded the swimming pool. It was tranquil and great to sit and sip a drink or just relax. It was well lit in the evening. Breakfast was enjoyable without being luxurious. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful even though I had to use google translate. Ideal if you have a car but it is walking distance to a couple of grocery stores and pharmacy. No restaurants in the vicinity, so an Uber would be the mode of transportation. I would easily stay here again. Rooms around the courtyard were spacious. Easily a very good place for a stay either Business or for families in Sao Luis.

The location is good and the kitchenette was helpful.
The walls and the ceiling were so dirty, covered in some stains.
