Proximity to train station, nice room with outdoor balcony, very clean, very good breakfast, great shower, and staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us leave luggage before the check in time.

The room we had exceeded expectations with a lovely view over the town, very comfortable and clean, a lot of space in the room and bathroom was excellent with a great shower.
Facilities at the hotel were excellent and a great breakfast buffet included with the stay - they also offer afternoon tea, but we didn't partake in that option.
Very close to the train station - easy walk. Close to the main street in Zermatt, which gets very busy, but this hotel is very quiet
Found it unusual not to have a fridge in the room - you could ask for one, but this seemed strange - love a small fridge to keep some milk in for a tea or a cold juice - not sure on the theory here, and can only summarise its a cost saving issue, but stop the rating being a 10 for us

This is very nice hotel, located in a quiet street, but very close to the main street in Zermat. Hotel is also very close to railway station, and it has excellent location.
My room was big enough, very well equipped, and with a big bathroom. It also has big balcony with very nice view. Breakfast was excellent. Also, I can tell all the best about hotel stuff.
The overall impression about the hotel is excellent.
