Amazing location - across the road from the interchange bus station and Portsmouth harbour train station. Very polite staff. Good value for money. It was perfect for my short stay in Portsmouth!

The location was great, we loved that the hotel had free parking, the hotel was good value for money nothing fancy but great for what we needed and breakfast was included. We will definitely book again for our next cruise from Southampton. The outlet was within walking distance which was perfect for us. You can't beat a good outlet. It is within walking distance to the old historic dockyards.
Northing in particular really. The only thing that could have been better is for the room to have been more modern.

Really good location and view to sea. The ceiling in the dinning room was very nice. Staff were pleasant.
Cleanliness could be much better. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The Breakfast was precooked and bland.
The car park was small and difficult to manoeuvre. The price £134 is far to much for the low standard.
