It is convenient and exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly. They have a shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel is close to Melbourne Airport and offers an efficient 24-hour shuttle service between itself and the airport. The room was a decent size and immaculately maintained, featuring a large TV, a fridge and a tray of tea, coffee and biscuits.
The bed was superb and a pleasure to lay on after 18 hours in the air.
As an airport hotel, it is quite important to have a lift as many customers have large amounts of heavy luggage. Unlike some other low-rise hotels, this one does at least have a lift but it is incredibly primitive - I have never seen one like it and I am in my sixties and stay in a lot of hotels! Some investment here is certainly overdue - everything else about the place is so neat, tidy and well-maintained and then there is THAT lift!
