Beautifully set building and opulent inside. The dinner and breakfast food was exceptional and I can't wait for a return visit.
Couldn't fault it

Booked a outside of the hotel room which was beautiful in the coach house but due to the hill and steps I asked for a room in the hotel, this was due to my asthma, we were accommodated immediately by the excellent ladies on reception
Clean warm and rooms were lovely, we missed the fact that the spa has now stopped doing robes and slippers to enter the spa, so take your own !
The beautician was excellent and treatments enjoyable ..breakfast was great and plentiful , lovely area for dinning, some tumblers in the rooms would be good , no complaints, excellent all round

Very cosy hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable and a good size. Really liked our stay. Would defo go back.
Loved the complimentory bottled water. Food was excellent in the restaurant.
Not enough people in the restaurant - a little void of atmosphere.

The location
In need of refurbishment, restaurant food was terrible, no feedback after complaint. Guest in adjacent room was coughing most of the night, people also walking around during the night were clearly heard in my bedroom.
