The location was perfect, right by the beach but also central for the shops and local facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the bedroom was incredible. Everything was clean and well organised. There was a vegan cooked breakfast option as well as non-dairy milk for tea and coffee. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Amazing location, one of the best in Tenby. Really cool room. Close to everything. Wish we had stayed 3 nights there. The view was fantastic. This was one of the best stops on our Wales trip.
The bar/pub was average and here is my big beef. I wanted a local beer, Tenby has numerous ones. I wanted a darker beer. Neither were available but the bartender said to me, we have a Brooklyn beer that comes from the UK. I said, I think it comes from New York, and he assured me that no, this is a UK beer. He then promptly poured it for me into a Brooklyn New York pint glass. I just walked away and from then on went to a neighboring pub. (I consider this more a funny story than a I hated this place story) The hotel was fantastic.

Property location is great, and the lady who checked us in and out was possibly the nicest receptionist we’ve ever encountered. Room had good added extras like ironing board and Dyson hairdryer.
We paid for an upgraded sea view room, view out as we were on the ground floor was obstructed by concrete/tarmac and railings, would have expected premium rooms to be on higher levels to give a better experience. It was also located right next to the bars patio area meaning no privacy if curtains were open and the Saturday DJ set sounded like it was actually in the room, all in all didn’t make for a pleasant relaxing experience.
