Closeness to town centre.The buffet breakfast was excellent,many choices.
Being on top floor ,main lift was broken ,had to carry suitcase up last flight of stairs.Hopefully lift will be fixed if we stay again.

The location is very convenient and easy to find. The breakfast we paid for was a good value and choice for our family. My husband and I upgraded our room upon arrival, and that was lovely for an extra £10 worth it for the soaker tub! Having tea and coffee in the room was good for early risers. Having a restaurant on site made it easy for us to not have to drive anywhere and the food was excellent! Drink menu was good, and atmosphere in the bar was cozy.
Paid parking was a downfall, it should be free. Having extra towels and room amenities would be nice. The only thing with the station restaurant was it took almost an hour for our dinner to arrive.

The staff were friendly and helpful (although overworked )
Location excellent for transport links, theatre, shopping and eateries although the food and value for money in the Station were excellent so don’t have to eat out at all
The room we were in 418 had a very musty smell so next time I book, which I will be I will request not to have that room
