Friendly staff, felt welcome, great and fulfilling breakfast with a good level of choice and great location.
Rooms were a little tired, cleanliness OK but toilet deep cleaning missed, furniture tired and too hot during night. Free Wifi impossible to connect and mobile connectivity poor so poor links to on the go communications.

Great breakfast, kind staff and great atmosphere.
Being a pub, the access to the rooms were a bit tight but expected.
