Location, and the view from the balconies
The exterior needs painting, the shower door didn’t close properly, and it wasn’t draining.

Lovely hotel overlooking the sea. Close to Cliffs Pavillion, 4 minute walk. And just a 10 to 15 minute walk into town with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

Nice hotel and lovely breakfast, but a lot of noise durning the night kept us awake. Rooms are ok
Great location and parking was ok in front of the hotel
The noise from other rooms

Room size good
No WiFi despite reporting. Windows were internally fogged so not a clear view. Window broken and could.not shut so wind whistled through all night. No bedside lamps so either full lights or nothing.
Rooms dated and in need of decorating/modernising
