Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable with a nice view of the Seoul Tower. Breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties. We went to the airport late afternoon on the Day of our check out and the luggage storage was arranged greatly. Nothing to complain about our stay.

Good location for Seoul Tower and on the hop on/off bus route. Very comfy beds and nicely designed.
Although the decors nice it hides the fact the rooms are quite small for a £300+ per night hotel. I’ve stayed in much better hotels for the price. Couple that with having to pay considerably extra for the inside/outside pool it’s not worth it for me. My biggest gripe was £97 for a buffet dinner, I refused when I found out the price. I can eat in a Michelin starred restaurant for that and in fact we did just up the road.
