Liked that we picked the residence rooms as there was a kitchen and washer/dryer. Room was huge. Close to attractions.
Dryer cycle takes ages.

Clean room in a great location, felt safe and secure. Good.nearby facilities with subway connections readily available.
It's overrated and 4 star at best. If pushed I'd stay again, but didn't feel like value for money. Swimming policies are strange, limiting children to half a pool and mandatory swimming caps. Staff attitude in service area like bar really let the hotel down.
