It’s a lovely location with great views from all the balconies and also views of the pools and sea! The restaurant is nicely located near the pools and shops near by!
Nothing really ! Staff were very good and it was well kept and clean!

Liked staying in flora 1. Apartment was right next to the pool. The entertainer at the pool was funny and kids loved him. We only seen him twice at the pool in a week though compared to the year before. Kids loved the pizza beside the pool.
Staff last year were alot friendlier and helpful compared to this year.
Around the pool area was dirty but not down to staff, mainly the guests leaving food wrappers, empty cans, plastic glasses. No pool entertainment.
Alot of break ins before we arrived and while we were there. Staff were unhelpful to those guests.
I had a ring taken from my bedside. It wasnt real gold, it was costume jewellery. Therefore I didnt report it to the hotel. Could only have been a cleaner.
Ants in our room coming through gaps in the windows. We just bought spray.
Leak in the bathroom ceiling twice in a week. Staff were very quick to resolve the issue though.

Only stayed one night, wouldn’t be a choice for a longer holiday,
Had a 1at floor suite as was travelling with baby and requested enclosed balcony for safety but was uninformed no lift to 1st floor, was a bit of a mission!
