Good location
I requested a room closer as we have problems with steps didn’t receive it.
The sheets weren’t changed as some blood got on the sheets from a little cut in my hand

The food and location were excellent.

I liked the pool bar and the lunch options at the pool bar
The pool area needs an upgrade as a lot of the umbrellas are torn and in need of replacement. Also the umbrellas are quite low and there is a risk of injury bumping into them which I did on a number of occasions .
Shortly after arrival there was a flood outside my room. This was a sewage problem as I believe the apartment I was in was newly renovated. This was rectified within a short time but not ideal and didn’t give a good first impression.
