All the things you expect from a top hotel. Breakfast had everything you could want. We were lucky enough to be upgraded. All the staff were spot on. They gave the feeling you were staying somewhere special. We ate in the Asian and Steak house restaurants. The food in both was excellent. We stayed half board and felt it was very good value.
The spa is a great place to relax.
On our last morning we arrived at breakfast at 7am as the doors opened. Everything was set up. But I'm sorry to say all of the cooked items. Sausages, mushrooms, fried eggs and bacon I put on my plate were all luke warm bordering on cold. Not sure whether they were all hanging around for opening time too long or there are heating issues with the hotplates. The day before we arrived at 10am and everything was fine.
Come on Hyatt you are 5 star. This needs to be right!!.

We love everything about this hotel and the staff are exceptional.
Only thing I don’t like is that my son could not go into the inside pool at the spa, I understand it’s adults only but if they put aside even one hour daily for pool only use I think this would be attractive for people with children.

Most of the staff were friendly.
- The dining options were limited: only 2 of the 4 restaurants in the resort worked on a Sunday, and couldn't find seating without a reservation.
- There was no golf instructor available for the next 3 days.
- The spa center was very small, with only 1 sauna for a very large resort.
