Friendly staff, clean big rooms, coffee in the room for the morning, comfortable bed
Very noisy, the street & neighbor’s to hear very clearly, I’m glad I brought earplugs. The air condition could only do cold not heat, so I needed two blankets for the night, but my own fault as I didn’t go to reception to complain.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly
There were no spar treatments on Sundays or Mondays. The cleaning of the room although good wasn’t perfect. Dust in corners. Hair left on the bath.
We wasn’t given a Wi-Fi code. We didn’t get the information regarding how we paid for drinks and food.
The bar was cold because the Aircon was full on. Althought we could sit outside which was warmer. But there wasn’t enough light and we wanted to play cards

The location has the bay on one side and Mediterranean on the other with a fantastic view of both. So easy catching the public bus to Cartegena for the day. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. We had the full board so didn't need to spend on food unless we went out.

Love the view from the room . Great location .
Very clean in every area of the hotel.
Food wasn’t consistently good. Low standard food in some instances and fruit was constantly under ripe .
Thought the fact we had to pay for soft drinks and water when we were media pension was a little disappointing.
Paying for water with meals
Not enough parasols around the pool and shade was difficult to find.
More choice of main course food
