Great location near Passeig de Gràcia, quiet street, and located near 2 metro stations.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave all the information we needed and offered to assist us with anything.
The Breakfast was good and had lots of cold and hot options, we only wished it had more vegetable variety.
Water pressure in the shower was low (happened to us in more than one hotel in Barcelona in the past..)
The pillows were super soft and didn't provide any support, we asked for firmer ones but unfortunately they didn't have any.
Elevators were slow, but not a deal breaker..

Very good hotel. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Neat and clean and very centrally located, away from all busy touristy areas. We walked around to many places. Lots of shopping and food options close to hotel. Xavier from front desk helped with booking Sargada tickets as the official website didn't have any available for our dates.
Everything was great. The pillows were very soft and they didn't have any other choice.

Beautiful room. Excellent service, particularly by Zofia on reception when we arrived who accommodated us quickly and efficiently and immediately made us feel extremely comfortable. We stayed in room 117 which we would highly recommend, it was stunning. The details were all high quality. Sara also at the bar by the pool was warm and lovely and made sure we always had what we needed. We would definitely stay again and will recommend this hotel to our friends and families. Thanks again.
Nothing! It was perfect

Location
It’s very noisy and you keep hearing banging noise above you and in the hallway, not really well insulated when it comes to sound.
