Perfect location, very good size of room, amazing choices for breakfast
Wasn't anything really

The rooms , the buffet breakfast , the bars, the staff
Having paid £659 for 2 nights , I think it’s ridiculous that you wanted to make a separate charge of €30 to have a swim

A Wonderful and Comfortable Stay
The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and offered a good selection of options. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside for us was the lack of a bidet spray in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel it's very nice located but it doesn't really feel as fancy as it set out/advertised to be. While the common areas were nice, the rooms really had nothing special. The bed was really big and comfy and the staff nice.
It was unseasonably warm in Madrid and the Airco could not be set up lower. I was hot every single night and hence slept poorly.
