The staff were super friendly and professional.
Great breakfast. Lovely pool and sun beds
No ( little) evening food service
A 15 mins walk away from the centre which is not a problem.

Quiet locations, short walk from the centre for restaurants etc. very clean, rooms spacious and staff very friendly. Good value for money.
My only disappointment was my room with a balcony was facing the back lane. When booking it said internal courtyard which I thought was the pool area rather than a lake view. No upgrades were available unfortunately. Lane was a bit noisy at times with staff collecting bins etc. not enough sockets in the room. Only 1 beside the bed and 1 in the toilet.

Spacious room, great breakfast! Friendly staff
Very dirty walls, looks like a 3-star hotel

Location was great, staff very friendly and helpfull
It is more of a 3* plus than a 4 star. Bedroom didn’t have a full body mirror, very bare , toiletries were not replaced everyday, no body lotion, no conditioner . For a 4 star you expected more than what they provided .
Breakfast was good . I’ve stayed in much cheaper 4 stars with more charm and far better quality, service and food ! It looks nicer on the pictures. Too pricey for what it is!
