Location and breakfast.
If you want to use the wellness facilities, you’ll have to pay extra money which wasn’t clear for me. Also the huge lineup at the reception for checking in. Not enough staff to handle. And it was a Sunday late afternoon!

This is the only rated 5 stars hotel which didn’t allow to use basic swimming pools facilities ( not SPA)
They wanted extra hourly money to use the swimming pool even though we had 2 nights room booked
