Vrlo ugodan boravak! Sve je bilo iznimno čisto, a odlična zvučna izolacija omogućila nam je miran odmor. Doručak je bio dobar, a osoblje vrlo ljubazno, uslužno i spremno pomoći. Sve u svemu, odlično iskustvo i smještaj koji rado preporučujemo!

Et flott, nytt og moderne hotell som vi absolutt kan anbefale!
Origin Prague fremstår som et helt nytt hotell, med stilige og gjennomførte rom og en generelt veldig høy standard. Alt var rent og pent, og hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhet for å utforske Praha til fots.
Frokosten var et stort pluss – veldig god, med godt utvalg og en fin start på dagen. Vi opplevde også hotellet som rolig og behagelig til tross for den sentrale beliggenheten.
Et ekstra høydepunkt var den hyggelige vinbaren i kjelleren. En flott og stemningsfull plass å avslutte dagen med et glass vin etter å ha vært ute og opplevd Praha.
Det eneste som trekker litt ned for vår del, var at sengen var veldig hard, kunne nesten virke som de hadde glemt å legge overmadrass på sengen vår. Vi savnet også at kaffekapslene på rommet ble fylt på ved det daglige renholdet – en liten detalj som enkelt kunne gjort oppholdet enda bedre.

The included breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very nice and helpful. Dinner at their restaurant Greenery 1060 was very good.
The only thing we didn't like was our bed was on a platform with narrow walkway and step, hard to see/navigate to bathroom in middle of night. Not all rooms have that.

There is certainly a lot to like about this hotel. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right outside, the breakfast is varied and of good quality, and both check-in and check-out are refreshingly straightforward. The newly renovated rooms are modern, stylish and visually appealing.
Unfortunately, these positive impressions were significantly undermined by a rather fundamental issue.
Upon arrival, we found stains on the toilet and someone else's hair in the shower. We reported the issue to reception and were assured it would be taken care of. When we returned to our room, we found a bottle of wine waiting for us as an apology. A nice gesture, certainly, but the bathroom was still exactly as we had left it — uncleaned.
Frankly, we would have preferred a clean bathroom over a bottle of wine.
We've stayed in hotels of much lower categories and have never encountered such a lack of basic cleanliness. For a four-star hotel, this is particularly disappointing.
What makes the experience even more frustrating is that the hotel had an opportunity to correct the problem but failed to do so.
Another downside is the bathroom design. It is separated from the bedroom only by a frosted glass partition and a sliding door, with virtually no sound insulation. This offers very little privacy, which is hardly ideal when sharing a room.
Modern design, a great location and a good breakfast are all valuable qualities, but none of them can compensate for a failure to meet basic hygiene standards. Cleanliness should never be an optional extra — it's the bare minimum every guest should be able to expect, regardless of how many stars a hotel has.
Unfortunately, the combination of poor bathroom cleanliness and a complete lack of privacy significantly affected our comfort and ultimately spoiled what could otherwise have been a very pleasant stay.
