A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was clean and tidy. I’d love to come back here any time – I had a wonderful time and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Nice spa facilities and good breakfast.
Dina at reception was exceptionally helpful, professional, and kind. She deserves recognition for the quality of her service and the welcoming attitude she demonstrated.
Unfortunately, my interaction with Badawi (at the reception) was the complete opposite. Despite the official check-in time being 3:00 p.m., we arrived at our room only to find that it was still being cleaned. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes before we could access it. What was particularly disappointing was Badawi’s complete lack of courtesy or apology. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, he spoke to us as though we were being unreasonable for expecting the room to be ready at the advertised check-in time.
I also observed a concerning difference in the way he treated guests. He appeared friendly and accommodating towards German-speaking guests, while being noticeably rude and dismissive towards others. I witnessed similar behaviour towards an elderly woman checking in before me. This made the experience particularly uncomfortable and left me feeling discriminated against.
I have rarely experienced such a difference in the way people are treated based on the language they speak. Every guest deserves the same level of respect, courtesy, and professionalism, regardless of their nationality or language.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all guests are treated with equal respect and that basic standards of professionalism are upheld.
