Everything! Gorgeous Swiss style hotel just outside of Interlaken. The staff were welcoming and very kind! It was clean with wonderful scents. The spa was beautiful with several saunas, steam, & great relaxation rooms. The outdoor jacuzzi pool was delightful. And the food was amazing with many things from their gardens!

The staff were helpful and the room was clean
The hotel was on a busy street and very noisy
The area smelt of manure and you could not sit on the balcony or eat outside at the restaurant.
