The Bellevue is a very good base from which to tour the surrounding area being 10 mins walk from Interlaken West and 20 mins from Interlaken Ost. The hotel is clean and the bedrooms are spacious. Ours had a lake view and a balcony which was very nice. There’s a wide choice on offer for breakfast and the quality of the food is good. The hotels own car park is useful albeit there is a 20 CHF daily charge.
It’s difficult to define but the hotel lacks character. One or two members of staff were friendly and helpful but others more or less ignored guests.

The river view was wonderful. The location was great, very near walkable restaurants and cafes (try the pizza place across the street). We wished we had had more time to explore the neighborhood. the shower was AMAZING - great water pressure! It was also nice that you could decide the night before whether you wanted to add breakfast the next day.
Coffee was a little sparse at breakfast. We're Americans, so we like LOTS of coffee! The opportunity to self-serve coffee would be welcomed.

View was nice staff were nice
Super expensive, very uncomfortable bed I actually was in so much pain. Balconies were so close together felt super awkward when someone else was using it, for the price I paid the privacy was awful, I was disappointed in this hotel for sure.
