The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, and the beds were clean.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially the evening shift. The breakfast was mediocre; the woman stationed at the breakfast entrance—Ines, I believe—was particularly rude.

This Pullman property is centrally located in Berlin just a few blocks from the Berlin Zoo. This was our second stay at this property having stayed there in 2024 for 5 nights. My favorite part of this quite luxury hotel is the presence of the art collection throughout the property. The art is everywhere and beautifully curated. Rooms here are extremely clean and comfortable, and there is a swimming pool, spa, massage facility, and restaurant on site where breakfast is a massive and well prepared buffet. You definitely can not go wrong booking here. When we return to Berlin we will look no where else!
There is no this not to like at this Pullman property
