It was clean. A quiet.
A bit pricy.

Room was nice and clean. Close to transit.
They did not have daily cleaning available and were inconsistent with towel refreshes.

The staff is very helpful and kind. We needed an earlier check-in and they arranged it for us. They're available 24/7 for whatever you need. The hotel is oldish but has been clearly renovated and the neighborhood is very peaceful. There's a restaurant right downstairs as well as a huge supermarket. Location is very accessible and it's great if you're here for a concert because Olympia parc is very close.

Bed was nice and big. Staff were friendly (all except one lady). Room was fine once i finally got into one that worked. Reasonably good value for money.
Had to switch rooms twice. Once for smell. Once for problems with water. Not awesome.
Arranged and confirmed later checkout time but both house keeping and the reception on the day of hadn't been informed and came calling. Annoying.
Lastly, the kitchen didn't have any plates, cutlery or cooking stuff unless you specifically ask for. Felt like that might've been good info to tell me at check-in so i didn't have to come down extra to reception.

"Greeat value for money, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Located in a quiet area but very close to both metro and tram stations."
