We stayed at this hotel during Oktoberfest, and the location was one of its biggest advantages. It is quite close to the festival area, and the city center is also within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Munich.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which was better than we expected and offered a good variety of options.
However, it is important to keep your expectations realistic regarding the facilities. This is more of a basic place to sleep rather than a hotel where you would want to spend much time. The rooms do not have some standard amenities such as a wardrobe, refrigerator, coffee machine, or TV. Therefore, if you are looking for a comfortable room with additional facilities, this may not be the right choice.

It’s a chill place, I feel like it was great for the rates.
Beds aren’t the comfiest, and it can get hot at times at night.
