The Hotel is in a great location as you can walk into the sea front in about fifteen minutes, or longer if you want to stop at one the many places to eat on route. The market area is not far. The hotel offers the normal continental breakfast and the staff were friendly. We were in a room at the back so it was quiet. For Nice it offers good value.
The breakfast area is a bit small for all the people who need to use it, but the area opens up to the garden so that offers the chance to get a table.

The hotel is perfectly fine if you are going to spend the vast majority of your time outside. The breakfast does not provide a large selection of foods, but to my knowledge, it is rather common. The kitchen in the room was absolutely enough for our needs, and it was clean. The personnel was very friendly.
Unfortunately, we weren't provided with two single beds, even though we had requested them long before our arrival. I've been traveling with my colleague, and we are friends, so we could share a bed, but it definitely was not the best option for us. In general, the hotel needs at least a cosmetic renovation. There were some stains on the walls and, despite the bathroom was clean, it was visibly old. I cannot relate the quality to price because the hotel in Nice, located about a 20-minute walk from the sea, cannot be cheap.

The location is excellent. Pleasant and available staff. Checked in late due to flight latency without any problems, and they stored our luggage after checkout.

Good location & friendly staff.
The cleanliness was below expectations and needs a lot of improvement, especially the bathroom was a major disappointment. It did not smell clean, there was noticeable dampness and humidity, and it was not comfortable or practical to use. Better attention to cleanliness would greatly improve the overall experience.
