Location, space in a rooms, transport. Good place to stay with a family.
Toilet space is something for 192cm tall. Except toilet, room is spacious and great.

I loved the location on the Promenade for beach access and it was so close to the tram line which made is very easy to get to the centre of Nice, the port and airport. Also close to supermarkets, with a great rooftop and laundry facilities

Clean, air conditioned, good location and suited our needs
Lighting wasn’t good, too dim and the light in the kitchen did not work

It’s was ok
Ask customers to collect trash in the room and take it downstairs they could have someone to clean and charge for it
