The staff were amazing especially Onder. The Buffet breakfast was really good. Great shower and water pressure. Very quiet room. Close access to many attractions. Housekeeping ladies were awesome. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are good. That's really my only issue. It's a great hotel. The restaurant is good as well. I think it's a perfect location for that side of the straight to go and see all the things that you want to do on that side. They were also good at getting us back to the airport. We are very happy with our stay there. We were there nine days.
The sauna was way too hot. You can't sit on the benches. You can only stay in it for about 3 minutes.

The location is perfectly fine, right at the center and near the main attractions. It’s also calm and quiet. The room is very clean and spacious. Big big thanks to receptionist Berat for beeing kind and patient with us and also the woman from the breakfast buffet. We will definitely going back!

Staff were friendly and helpful, the location for exploring the city is great.
The cleanliness of the room when we arrived all of the pillow covers were dirty and not in good condition. Also about the toilet it wasn't cleaned.
Also it's not a 4 star hotel I believe also the Gym was out of use there was no use of the fitness area.
