Each room should have allocated parking. Finding a car park was a nightmare.
We parked in drop off zone, the front office staff were exceptional.

A beautiful hotel well located to explore Rotorua by foot. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were excellent. There is plenty of free parking which is easy to access.
Everything was great, however we didn't dine in the hotel and the prices were a little high.

Loved mostly everything. Comfy beds, decent sized room, convenient location, helpful staff.
Showers definitely could do with a better clean

Staff were lovely
Very basic. More motel than hotel I would say. You could also smell the sulphur in the room at times. Bathroom wasn’t very nice.
