Location is excellent, and in an attractive area. Accessibility to the city and also the south makes it very convenient.
The kitchen and eating facilities on the room weren't great. There was the absolute minimum of equipment. Probably met someone's 'minimum standard', but it didn't impress.

Location was great, room had most things needed for a stay
The room had a musty/not clean smell to it, some of the dishes weren’t cleaned properly. I know they can’t help it so much but other guests were really loud and disruptive at 3am.
