The staff were amazing on our check in. They made us feel very welcomed. The location is amazing, close to many food options and across the road to the river and ferry. The rooms very clean and comfortable, sizes were good and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was onsite at no extra charge.
The bathrooms were dated (this will not stop us from staying there again or recommending the property as everything else made for an exceptionally enjoyable and comfortable stay)

Well layed out. Very roomy and comfortable that provides privacy from other guests
As the Peninsula Serviced Apartments met our expectations I cannot fault what they offered and considered it good value for money

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. LOVED that they actually had REAL coffee mugs and didn't have to drink my coffee out of a teacup. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the free coffee from the downstairs coffee machine was a bonus. Super convenient location with the ferry just a short stroll away. The meal voucher at the restaurant on the river was a nice bonus too. Got to feel just a little bit special. :)
Nice to not have to pay additional for parking which seems to have become a norm of late. Nice that the price of the parking was included in the rate and it was lovely and secure too.
There was nothing I didn't like. Could only suggest having a little more milk in the fridge so that we could have more than 1 cup of coffee.

Nice location close to ferry
Absolute crap wifi and why can’t they provide a plug in the hand basin to conserve water.

"The location was very convenient, with parking available and easy access to the city. We loved being able to take the ferry across the river and walk to the shopping area. Overall, we were very happy ..."
