The room was nice
The parking included
No lifts in the block we were in.
Breakfast was meant to be a buffet- however all 7 of us in the dining room were informed that there was no buffet and we could order off the menu- this was fine, however then told only 1 drink either coffee, tea or juice not a hot and a cold, - not one table happy with that- management would have been better to have also set up a drinks station and really it would have been a good show of favour to the guests to have also put a cereal and fruit, toast stand - sure still order cooked but give options of self serving also to complement. We were the only kiwi’s in the restaurant and all the other travellers couldn’t believe it.
