Todo en general estuvo 10/10, la comida estaba deliciosa y abundante, Martha fue un encanto y nos ayudó para hacer late check out sin costo adicional. Quedamos encantados y con muchas gracias de regresar.

The location is perfect as it’s a beachfront property with the available sun loungers too. Great value for money with endless variety of traditional Portuguese food or simply burgers and fries in their food bar by the pool. Amazing variety of cocktails too!
You can tell some areas are very dated, such as the gym with older equipment and no AC.

Quiet location of room good. Away from noise of bar entertainment and pools.
Spacious room
Sufficient beds around complex
Location to beach and sea
Poor attitude from one receptionist. We requested a late check out which we would have paid the extra fee for.
Was told when we would be informed of availability.
No contact was made to us despite being put on the list. We enquired a further time but rudely told, if we haven’t been contacted then there was no availability for us. We could see people above and below us on the list had been ticked as contacted. Our name was not.
On day of departure, received a telephone call to say we could have late check out in another room. We had packed and were ready for checkout and were disappointed this was not an option given to us the night before.

The staff was friendly and the animation team was great. The location was superb, the beach is 10/10, the pools and the gardens are very well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. There were a lot of chairs around the pool.
The food at the buffet (and the on-location restaurant opened at the time) was simply not good overall. It looked like the food was served on a day and re-served again on the next days. One of us unfortunately got food poisoning early in our stay. Coffee was no good.
We went in October, and our experience, compared to the other surprisingly positive reviews, made us wonder if the quality of the food was because this was low season.
Sunbeds on the beach were not included and had to be reserved at 27 euros per day (!).
I would say this resort is more family-oriented. Half or more of the guests had children with them. Some of the areas marked as 18+ (like the spa/hammam/sauna area) were not enforced; there were children making those areas not-so-relaxing.
