Staff very friendly and worked hard, but there was not enough of them in the restaurant etc areas.
Rooms somewhat tired, and (my fault) we were surprised that breakfast was not automatically included.

I really liked how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Also I accidentally left my clothes at the hotel and the staff found them and shipped them back to me in Italy which I really appreciated, a lot
