Queens Hotel

Location, and the very helpful Staff

N/A

It was clean though lots of cobwebs on the very high ceiling . The staff were very helpful and nice.

There was knowhere to put anything, 2 hangers on a shelf no wardrobe or rail no drawers to store anything nothing in the bathroom no towel rail , no heating the shower was awful no hanging hooks, the lighting was dull ,bedside lights flickered couldn’t use them also very dull. Swearing by a staff member to a friend in the restaurant was shocking.. the little kaifen was lovely and food good.. decaffe coffee would have been a bonus would have gone all week for breakfast if they had it . Sorry never done a bad review. I would like to go back to see if any changes in the future as its location for me was perfect. sorry

location fine as one bar was closed behind us Mon/Tues.

bathrooms and bathroom floors/lighting

We love the location.

They price gouged because the Golf going on in Doonbeg, which was not what we were in town for. They charged more than double for the same room we usually get. The price we usually pay takes into consideration there is noise in the area all night and the hotel is not as nice as the others in Ennis. It is wrong to double the price of the same hotel just because it's more in demand that week.
