The staff were so polite and helpful, the location was spot on and the room with our private balcony was just unbelievable. We would highly recommend this hotel and the island of Madeira too

The rooms were very comfortable and the dinner at the restaurant in the middle was good!
The breakfast was not very good and the coffee was TERRIBLE. Basically undrinkable.
