Superior room was very spacious. Great location for Utilita arena. Lots of parking available at £10 per day. Very friendly staff. Great value for money.
Only thing I would under rate was the bed. A little on the small side for two adults and a very soft / thin mattress. Didn’t stop us sleeping though!

Good value for money. Close to amenities.
Unable to open window in the room we were in. Otherwise great.

The staff were extremely attentive, supportive, and compassionate throughout our stay. We were going through a difficult situation, and they could not have done more to help us. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a challenging time much more bearable and even brought moments of happiness when we needed it most
The hotel is in a less-than-desirable location. Although it is within walking distance of the city centre, I would not have felt comfortable walking there alone, especially at night. The rooms are very dated and could benefit from a complete refurbishment. My son jokingly described it as 'the Inbetweeners hotel,' which probably sums up its tired appearance. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, to the point that my husband ended up sleeping upside down in the bed to try and get comfortable. We were also disturbed by doors slamming throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
