Great location & price for a quick last minute overnight stay
We thought 1 bedroom apartment wld include a door at least. Squeezing 4 people into tiny space meant it was almost a studio without a closing door. The sleeper couch was extremely small for two people

Excellent location, perfect for us to walk to the Australian Open tennis and a local pub for dinner. Tram stop very close by which takes you into the City. Neat and clean with kitchen. Secure parking.
Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. Would be okay for a child.

New couches were comfortable, good location and friendly reception staff.
Crusty old blanket on bed, mouldy window tracks, inaccessible bathroom, smelled old and musty. Mould in bathroom. Could barely get to the toilet due to oversized vanity in bathroom. Needs a really good paint a good renovation.
